These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services, websites, platforms, networks, APIs, proxy infrastructure, and related products provided by AB Networks FZ-LLC ("AB Networks," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a service, starting a trial, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
AB Networks provides network infrastructure and data-access solutions, which may include residential proxy services, proxy servers, IP network access, bandwidth services, dedicated infrastructure, APIs, and related technical services ("Services").
The specific Services, capacity, bandwidth, locations, IP availability, pricing, and other commercial terms applicable to a Customer may be described on our website, dashboard, invoice, order form, service agreement, or other written agreement between AB Networks and the Customer.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and any Know Your Customer ("KYC") or compliance process.
AB Networks may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, company, business activity, intended use of the Services, or payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk-management purposes.
The Services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and third-party rights.

AB Networks may monitor network activity and usage patterns for security, compliance, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and enforcement of these Terms.
AB Networks operates and/or obtains access to IP addresses and network resources through multiple infrastructure sources and suppliers.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, IP addresses are dynamic resources. Specific IP addresses, countries, cities, ISPs, ASN availability, network size, success rates, latency, or connection duration are not guaranteed.
The number and geographic distribution of available IP addresses may change over time.
AB Networks may modify routing, infrastructure, upstream providers, IP pools, servers, or other technical components when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the Services.
Customers are solely responsible for:
You must notify AB Networks promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
AB Networks maintains compliance procedures for Customers and network suppliers.
We may request information regarding the Customer's identity, beneficial ownership, business activities, intended use cases, websites, customers, traffic, or other information reasonably necessary for compliance purposes.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed activation, suspension, limitation, or termination of Services.
AB Networks reserves the right to block destinations, traffic categories, protocols, or activities that we reasonably determine create security, legal, compliance, or network risks.
Pricing is determined according to the Customer's selected plan, order form, invoice, written quotation, or separate agreement.
Depending on the Service, charges may be based on bandwidth consumption, traffic volume, IP allocation, server capacity, requests, subscription period, committed capacity, or another agreed pricing model.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable fees are payable in advance.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, payment-processing charges, or similar charges, except taxes imposed directly on AB Networks' income.
Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or termination of Services.
AB Networks may provide free or paid trials at its discretion.
Trials are provided for evaluation purposes and may have limitations relating to bandwidth, IPs, locations, concurrency, duration, or functionality.
AB Networks may modify, limit, or terminate a trial at any time, particularly where abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or prohibited activity is suspected.
Providing a trial does not obligate AB Networks to provide future Services.
AB Networks aims to provide reliable, high-performance network services; however, internet and proxy services depend on multiple third-party networks, devices, providers, websites, and infrastructure components.
Unless expressly provided under a separate Service Level Agreement ("SLA"), Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular success rate, compatibility with a specific website or platform, or that a third party will not block, restrict, challenge, or otherwise limit proxy traffic.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, network changes, third-party outages, security incidents, upstream providers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
AB Networks may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that:
Where reasonably possible, AB Networks may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to prevent abuse, security incidents, or legal or regulatory exposure.
AB Networks retains all rights, title, and interest in its technology, software, systems, APIs, documentation, trademarks, branding, websites, and proprietary infrastructure.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer under these Terms.
Customers receive only the limited right to access and use the Services for the duration of their subscription or agreement.
Each party shall use reasonable measures to protect confidential business, commercial, technical, and security information received from the other party and shall not disclose such information except where required to provide the Services, comply with law, or where disclosure is otherwise authorized.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
AB Networks does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every use case, or compatible with every third-party website, application, service, or platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Networks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AB Networks' aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer to AB Networks for the affected Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AB Networks, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from the Customer's unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
AB Networks may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business operations, security requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to AB Networks FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts or dispute-resolution forum applicable to AB Networks FZ-LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
